Reflections

The Reflections Program is an annual nationally sponsored PTA program that gives students the opportunity to showcase their creativity. Reflections welcomes all grades and abilities to explore and be involved in the arts. Annually, thousands of students will reflect on a common theme and create original works of art in the categories of dance choreography, film production, literature, music composition, photography and visual arts. ALL participants will receive positive recognition for their efforts. Encourage your child to get creative and join the fun!

How it Works

Select one or more categories
Access our Entry Form and Rules for the category you selected (subdivisions under General Participation Rules).
Follow the General Participation Rules and do your best to interpret the theme on your Entry.
Drop off your Entry at the front office by October 26.

All participants will be recognized! Entries that receive the Award of Excellence will advance to our District Contest and will have the opportunity to advance to the State and National Contest!

Garden Club

Student and Parent volunteers are invited to help build, maintain, learn from and enjoy Reed’s garden. Parents that participate need to be approved LISD volunteers. Here is the volunteer link.

Spelling Bee

Reed Elementary School will hold its 6th annual Spelling Bee in the 2021-2022school year for 3rd through 5th grade students. Please stay tuned for details.
